The Alma OMS has all it takes to become the perfect ally for any great biker. It's a bike designed for people who know what they want and know how to get it. The qualities of its frame are second only to those of the Alma Gold and it gives top performance in any race or challenge.
Sports evolution is closely linked to the bike you ride, and your trips, races or marathons will ever be the same again once you've tried the new Alma OMS.
The origin of the Alma OMS is the bike of the best rider in MTB history: Julien Absalon. It shares almost all its features with the Alma OMG and it'll help you achieve your full racing potential. But competition's not everything. This is also a bike that'll let you get the most out of your rides, and any challenge you decide to take on.
Alma is backed by the solid reputation, guarantee and quality provided by the Orbea Engineering Department.

Alma 2010
The most important thing for me is a bike that’s as competitive as possible, and the Alma’s a competition bike. It’s perfect for racing as it’s lightweight and rigid, and that means no loss of pedalling power. It’s also extremely manoeuvrable, which guarantees really quick downhills, for example.
Orbea Know-How
I really trust this new Alma as I know the people who worked on this project, I know how skilled and professional they are and I know they’ve given their all to create the most competitive cross-country bike in the world
4X4 Triangle
4x4 technology is the Alma’s heart and soul. It’s the innovation that makes it better than the rest. For me, that means increased stiffness, which hugely improves the performance the bike gives you. This evolution makes the frame more comfortable and it also means problem-free pedalling on rough ground, and so it bumps up my speed whatever ground I'm riding on.
Direct Cable Routing
The DCR makes the bike look even better, but it’s also very useful as it reduces cable friction and that means more gear precision, as the gears are protected from dust and mud. So I can ride this new Alma in really extreme conditions without worrying about the gear changes.
Orbea Design
The design means the Alma is like no other bike. It’s unique, you can tell that as soon as you set eyes on it.
