The Team Cofidis rider came away with an authoritative victory in the stage between the towns of Juliénas and Romans-sur-Isère.
Nacer Bouhanni has earned his second victory of the season. The French cyclist of Team Cofidis was the fastest on his Orca, coming in ahead of Belgian rider Edward Theuns and German cyclist Andre Greipel, who crossed the finish line in second and third place, respectively.
