Nacer Bouhanni and Cofidis extend their contract to 2017

2015-09-25

We are pleased to announce that Nacer Bouhanni, initially on the team roster until 2016, has extended his contract for another year, until the end of 2017

This renewal is prompted by his series of successes while wearing the Cofidis jersey this first season, which included no less than 10 victories added to the cyclist's list of achievements since January 2015.

In other news, some modifications have also already been made to the team rolls for 2016. In addition to the information that was previously reported, such as the arrival of Arnold Jeanneson, the following cyclists will form part of the team as of January 1:

Borut Bozic, age 35, Slovenian; currently a member of the Astana Pro Team, he brings his experience in the Classics and World Tour Races.

Hugo Hofstetter, age 21, French neo-pro; currently a stagiaire on the team; 3rd place finish in the Paris-Roubaix Espoirs this season and reigning U23 French Champion.

Rayane Bouhanni, age 19, French neo-pro; stagiaire on the Cofidis-Solutions Crédits team since last August and French Junior Champion in 2014.

And finally, we can announce that two team riders whose contracts were set to expire at the end of this year have decided to extend their agreements and remain on the squad for 2016; they are Daniel Navarro y Geoffrey Soupe.

We will soon announce all the changes on the team for 2016.
