general questions about products.

How much does my bike weigh?

As you can see, we don’t show bike weight. This is because we want you to go to the closest dealer and feel the bike for yourself. Compare it to a similar bicycle in the store, get on and go for a ride. There are lots of things to take into account when you buy a bicycle: design, finish, materials, quality, frame construction, color, price… Weight is just one of them. And, even though light weight is a factor, it wouldn’t be wise to choose your bike based on just a few grams. So try and pick!

How can I get information on my suspension fork and shock absorber?

All our bikes come with manuals on their suspension forks and shock absorbers. Request them from your dealer.

What’s the best bicycle size for me?

At Orbea we know that finding the right bike size is very important before buying your bicycle. To make sure you’re getting the right size, you can check the Orbea orientation chart, including model specifications, available at www.orbea.com.

To select your Orbea bike size, click on SIZE GUIDE.
