Nacer wins the first stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné!

The Team Cofidis rider came out ahead in the sprint in the first stage of the French race, which was held between Cluses and Saint-Vulbas.

Nacer Bouhanni earned his seventh victory of the season after coming out ahead in the first stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné, which covered 186 km between the French towns of Cluses and Saint-Vulbas.

The Team Cofidis member was the fastest on his Orca, setting a time of 4 hours, 27 minutes and 53 seconds, crossing the finish line ahead of Belgian rider Jens Debusschere and Irish cyclist Sam Bennett, who finished in second and third place, respectively.
