RS POWER
This is much more than just a tweaked EP motor. Our RS firmware offers the most natural, efficient pedalling experience possible.
RS RANGE
Our 1.5x Factor means that thanks to lighter bikes, increased efficiency and greater reliance on your legs, battery life is extended by a factor of over 1.5. This means that our 540Wh battery is comparable to a 810Wh battery in a standard ebike system.
RS WEIGHT
Rise is one of the lightest ebikes in its class. This increases range and also gives the most natural handling, a bike which rides a lot like your favourite trail rig.
RS INTERFACE
Slimming down bulky frames, integrating displays, removing cables and focusing on the frame aesthetics. Removing visual distractions leaves you free to focus on having the most fun possible.
Shimano EP801 RS and EP6 RS
Working jointly with Shimano, Orbea developed our proprietary electronics and batteries while Shimano configured their EP8 motor to work perfectly running our specific RS firmware.
Drive Unit
TRAIL TORQUE
Tuning the maximum torque of the EP-RS motors to 60Nm allows us to increase the range by improving efficiency. We are also able to use standard trail components, improving choice and further reducing weight.
RS RANGE
BUILDING A BETTER BATTERY
Our batteries are some of the lightest and slimmest examples out there, based on the newest 21700 cell technology, which provides a higher rate of charge/discharge and increases battery life. Rearranging of the cells and the battery casing allows us to moving the weight lower in the frame, improving handling even further.
ALL NEW 360WH BATTERY
If you regularly finish rides with plenty of battery left then you are carrying more weight than you need to. Our new 360Wh battery system weighs a total of 1898g, almost, 400g lighter than before and offers the lightest possible Rise.
540WH BATTERY
For those of you who regularly want the longest rides, or prefer to use higher assistance modes, our 540Wh battery offers the longest range.
MODULAR BATTERY SOLUTIONS
Two battery options allow you to set up your Rise to how you like to ride. If you enjoy mainly rides of 3 or 4 hours, choose the 360Wh battery for the lightest Rise possible and add the Range Extender for those occasional longer rides. If you regularly enjoy full day rides, or want to use higher assistance levels, then choose the 540Wh battery.
RANGE EXTENDER
Our RS range extender offers an additional 252Wh for those longer rides. Simply insert in the specially designed bottle cage, plug it in and enjoy instantaneous power. Rise uses the power from the range extender first, meaning that you can drop it off and keep riding once it is used.
SMART CHARGER
Our Smart Charger gives a fast and safe charge. The main battery is charged at 4A for the fastest charge possible and the Range Extender at 2A.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
SECURE BATTERY SYSTEM (SBS)
Removing the battery for charging requires many structural compromises. Extra mounting hardware adds weight and complexity, and opening access to the battery compromises frame rigidity.
OUR SBS FIXES THE BATTERY RIGIDLY IN PLACE, RESULTING IN A FRAME STRUCTURE MUCH LIKE THAT OF YOUR FAVORITE NON-E-BIKE, ADDING SECURITY, REMOVING NOISE FROM COVERS OR RATTLING BATTERY MOUNTS, AND LIMITING THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO THE BATTERY.
Rise is for people who are not prepared to accept anything that isn’t the best handling e-bike possible and our SBS is a big part of that.

No matter which Rise frame you choose, you can be sure that you are choosing one of the lightest e-bikes out there. No other ebike with this range and power delivery comes anywhere close in weight.

OMR CARBON
"OMR frames add high modulus and high strength fibers to a standard layup to improve stiffness-to-weight ratios. Bladder molding with EPS forms and PU headtube and bottom bracket inserts stop wrinkling and unconformities in critical zones, allowing less carbon to be used while maintaining strength."
MOST ADVANCED ALLOY FRAME
"Using hydroforming process and triple butted tubes, we’ve perfected the wall thickness to save weight and strengthen the stress bearing zones. The hight polish finishes match the aesthetics of a carbon frame and increase the fatigue resistance on the welds."
SUSPENSION
TRAIL BALANCED SUSPENSION
The support provided by the progressive rate, along with the anti-squat characteristics of the main pivot placement mean Rise is an efficient pedaller that won’t sap your energy in sustained efforts.
PROGRESSIVE SUSPENSION
Progressive suspension is supple and active with great traction but ramps up to control the inevitable bigger hits. Rise has a moderately progressive curve, at 22%, giving very capable trail manners with the fun, playful, natural handling which Rise riders love.

RS INTERFACE
FOCUS ON THE RIDE
Many riders spend hours removing excess weight, noise and visual distractions from their bikes.
EN600-L REMOTE
The new Shimano EN600-L remote included the power buttom and Bluetooth connectivity. A set of LEDs show the assistance level and give information on battery level. The remote Di2 cable is routed through the handlebar getting the cleanest cockpit possible.
RS GARMIN IQ
We benefit from the classic GPS and cycle computer data. We have developed a unique tool that adapts the Garmin IQ ecosystem to our RS ebike platform, so that we can have in our favourite cycle computer or smartwatch all the data we could wish for.
SUPPORT MODE - ASSIST LEVEL - CADENCE - RANGE - SPEED
DATA RECORDING
All this recorded riding info is stored within the Garmin IQ interface for further study, sharing with friends or just for reference months later to see how much battery was used in that epic ride you want to repeat. Please don’t expect this tool to work on any other bike as this will only work for lucky Rise owners.

CLEAN COCKPIT
Looking at Rise´s clean cockpit you wouldn’t think that you are on an ebike.
SIC SYSTEM (SEALED INTERNAL CABLES)
Our SIC system routes the cables along the best path through the headset, through internal guides and invisibly from the front to rear triangle via our Cable Pass. Silicon plugs seal all entry and exit ports, preventing the ingress of dirt and moisture while high quality stainless steel upper bearings offer the ultimate in reliability.
FULLY LOADED LINKAGE
Rise Carbon uses a new two-part linkage design. Fewer pieces mean fewer interfaces, greater rigidity and a lower chance of something working loose. Additionally we have created a space in the axel and filled it with a handy 4 key multi-tool which is held securely in place with magnets. Always have the most-used tools close at hand for quick tweaks.
OPTIMIZED PORT COVER
Say goodbye to poorly sealed, awkwardly placed, unergonomic charging ports. Our charging port is easily accessible and the rotational cover spins and snaps into place easily and securely.

SPIN BLOCK PROTECTION
Crashes happen when you are pushing hard. Our light and simple SPIN BLOCK prevents the handlebars from over rotating and damaging your beautiful frame.

OC COCKPIT
Rise features our OC handlebars and stem, simplifying and integrating the cable routing and limiting rattle and rub. Our MyO configurator allows you to adjust reach and handlebar rise.
DROPPER POST
Choose the best dropper post length for your height using our easy calculator. There is also the option to choose the Fox Transfer SL for the lightest Rise possible.
FOX FORK OPTIONS
Choose between Fox 34 and 36 forks to get the best Rise for your trails. There are several fork and shock models available via MyO. Choose the Fox 34 and Float DPS to make the lightest Rise or the Fox 36 and Float X for more agressive riding.

OQUO´s Control range means no excuses, with the feel and control to perform at 100% all day long without compromising on weight or reliability.
