Orbea will sponsor the second edition of the Trans-Nomad, a spectacular enduro stage event to be held in the Pyrenees on September 13-17.

Orbea has become the new sponsor of Trans-Nomad 2017, a demanding enduro event that will take place on September 13-17 in the Aragonese Pyrenees.
“It is a pleasure for us to join the Trans-Nomad adventure. It’s an authentic event, carried out with great professionalism, and one to which we want to contribute. We want to offer MTB fans unique experiences and there is no doubt that the Trans-Nomad is one such experience,” declares Orbea’s Marketing Manager Ander Olariaga.
The Trans-Nomad is a true mountain biking challenge, reserved for only 70 brave cyclists willing to experience four intense days of MTB, enjoying spectacular climbs, thrilling descents and secret routes hidden away in the Benasque Valley.
In spite of only having one edition under its belt, the Trans-Nomad is already considered one of the ten best enduro stage events in the world, thanks to its originality and the 100% MTB atmosphere that it offers.
Trans-Nomad gives you the opportunity to explore the mountain on your bicycle, combining climbs and mountain pass segments to reach strategic points from which you can take maximum advantage of the difference in elevation: 4 days spent together in a base camp, 5,900 m of positive elevation gain and 7,500 m of descent on exclusive tracks…
Representing Orbea will be our ambassadors Markel Uriarte and César Gairin. Markel repeats the adventure in which he finished in second place last year, while César (resident in Whistler (Canada), and native of the Benasque Valley, with vast experience in MTB) is participating for the first time.
