You can change your account information by selecting Log In/Register. Enter your email address and password to view your account information. From there, you can update your name, password, billing/shipping information, and preferred driving style.

Since your email address is your account username, it cannot be changed.

Registering your bike will help us provide you with better service. We can keep you updated on important information related to your bike and riding style. Warranty inquiries will also be more efficient. Registering your bike can also be helpful in case of theft.

Click on "Register Bicycles" at the bottom of our website or go directly to the registration form. Follow the instructions provided. You will need the serial number to register. For bicycles, the serial number is located on a sticker on the bottom of the top and/or down tube, as well as on the bottom of the bicycle, below the bottom bracket.

The legal warranty applies to the bicycle itself. Therefore, if less than three years have passed since the original purchase invoice date, as a second buyer, your bicycle will be covered by the legal warranty until three years have passed since the first purchase date.

Once this period expires, you will no longer be eligible for the commercial warranty, as this is only for the original purchaser of the bicycle.

The bicycle seller must cover any issues for a period of six months.

Visit your official Orbea dealer, preferably the one where you purchased the bike, and request an inspection of the issue. If warranted, they will open a claim with Orbea or the component supplier (if the component is not from Orbea) and process the claim.
